Welcome to Vasati! These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for the use of Vasati's PG and Hostel Management Platform at vasati.co.in.

2. License & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Vasati and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Vasati. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Vasati for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Republish material or copy source code from Vasati.
• Sell, rent or sub-license material from Vasati.
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Vasati.
• Redistribute content from Vasati.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

Your subscription tier (Starter, Pro, or Enterprise) enforces active property, room, bed, and staff limits. You agree not to bypass, hack, or attempt to exceed these boundaries. Any violation of licensing limits will result in feature locking or upgrade prompt enforcement.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
